It was ridden primarily at Bent Creek near the Blue Ridge Parkway outside of Asheville, North Carolina. I am 5'4", weigh 150 lbs., and am age 50. I'm not an aggressive rider. Also, this bike only has 300 miles on it! I paid $2800 for it. The rear suspension is designed to flex minimally during climbing. I bought this bike in June 2004. At that time, it was probably second only to the Horst link set-up that Specialized patented against flexing or "bobbing" during climbing.
